Early Registration: New SLIS students will be able to register beginning in early November (and/or about six weeks after you are admitted). (International students may have to wait till January to register, depending on International Admissions processing.)

Advising: You were assigned a faculty advisor in your admission letter. This person can help as a welcome and course planning contact. You may also contact any of our faculty with academic and career planning questions.

SLIS Financial Aid: All new Spring students will automatically be put on the SLIS scholarship consideration list for packages that begin in Fall 2009 - because the deadline is January 15 to apply. The IU Office of Student Financial Assistance processing (for loans, etc.) is separate.
